Referred to Gartner Hyundai by Friends - Had a Great Car Buying Experience Too!
I was referred to Mike Wiley at Gartner Car, Inc. by friends who had purchased an auto from Gartner who had Mike as their sales consultant. They said it was a great experience and that is exactly how I felt when working with Mike. He explained all the details of the Elantra and when he gave me a date that the car that I was interested should be in; that is exactly when I was able to come in and purchase the Elantra. I called him a couple of times and he was either available to speak to or he returned my call within a day, and I appreciated that very much. I would, without hesitation, recommend Gartner and Mike Wiley to family or friends.

Excellent Trade-In Value - Great Service Department - Pleasant Car Buying Experience
I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0T from Ken Braxton on January 3, 2012 and have been very delighted with the automobile as well as the quality of service in the purchase. Ken went out of his wat to find the exact car that I wanted and helped in every way to meet my payment plan. I traded in my 2011 Sonata Limited not because I was dis satisfied with the car but because the 2012 had the features that I had originally wanted but were not available at the time. Knowledgeable, Approachable and Professional - A Rare Combo in Car Sales
We recently purchased our 2012 Sonata from Joe Martin, Manager of pre-owned cars. We found Joe to be knowledgeable, approachable and professional - a rare combination.
Joe answered our many questions in a pleasant and effective manner. We never felt rushed, or as if we were imposing - Joe was always happy to help.
I was especially impressed when Joe offered to pick me up at home the day we took possession of our new Sonata. Since we were down to one car, this was so appreciated. Pretty amazing, since I had never met Joe before this transaction.
Joe spent a couple hours with me reviewing all the car features, introducing me to the Hyundai staff, and ensuring I was set up with the great Blue Link service.

Aurora IL Hyundai Customer Gives Gartner Hyundai A Positive Review
I must admit that after 11 years since I bought my last car, I was dreading having to go through the lengthy process (several hours at the dealership) of purchasing a new car let alone just looking at the different models I was considering. I came into the dealership to test drive a car and to obtain more information. Dell was very helpful, informative, honest and to the point. He gave me enough information to think about and decide which one would best suit me. I emailed Dell my decision and from that point the next steps were not what I expected. To my surprise, the financing approval process-which usually takes forever at the dealership-was done via phone/email. I didn't have to use up time in my busy schedule to sit at the dealership and negotiate financing options. Dell advocated for me and kept me in the loop with statuses as well as updates. Once this step was completed, the only thing I had to do was come in for the final decisions of warranties, extra options, and finally sign the papers. I was so relieved that the process was much different from back then. It saved me time and I really appreciated that Dell respected that. Thank you. I may visit again and not just for car services/maintenances ;)

First Brand New Car Puchase/Lease was a Great Experience
After going to another Hyuandai dealership, I wanted to see what others had to offer. I came here to Gartners just expecting to recieve a quote to compare and Ahmad was the first to approach me. I had most of my questions answered from the other dealership, however Ahmad made sure that I understood everything for sure. He was honest about the pricing, worked with me to a comfortable payment and reassured my me on the leasing option which I have never done before, I felt confident this was something that I could do and I am happy with my choice. No "Hard Sell" - Affordable Monthly Payments at Gartner Hyundai Saab
Boris was awesome. He was patient, explained our options. He never approached my husband or me with a "hard sell." We were able to test drive the car, alone, which I thought was very nice.
